626 acquires Injector Support and Service (ISS)
PRESS RELEASE: Delray Beach, FL -- Already the fastest-growing third-party company in the Healthcare Technology Management market, 626 Holdings, LLC now announces the acquisition of Injector Support and Service, LLC (ISS).
“ISS could not be a better fit. From a culture standpoint, a modality expansion standpoint, and listening to our customer’s needs, ISS hits on all objectives. We are very excited about our future with ISS”, stated Philip Revien, CEO of 626. “The core question Phil and I continue to ask ourselves: is this the best move for our customer? If the answer is yes and it will increase our value to our customers and their patients, we have our answer”, says Michael Fischer, CFO, 626.
In business since 2011 and based in Winter Garden, FL ISS is the leading third-party provider in the injector industry. From technical support with parts identification to sales, depot service, loaner injectors, and on-site service, ISS delivers an end-to-end solution for medical contrast injectors. “ISS and 626 have a lot in common. Both are family businesses, founded as a high quality, agile, cost advantageous, alternative for support beyond the OEM, and both dedicated to our employees, customers, and their patients. After spending time planning next steps for optimal ISS growth with Phil and Michael, there was no doubt that the best decision was an alliance with 626”, said Ryan Clarke, President, ISS.
626’s purchase of Walsh Imaging two years ago also followed the approach to base acquisitions on what matters most to them; family. This method has proven to be successful as they were able to double Walsh Imaging’s business within two years and they plan to do the same with ISS. Between 626, Walsh Imaging, and ISS they have 68 years of family business behind them and they are not stopping there. Watch out, that’s one big family.
